Located at the end of US Highway 1 Key West is accessible by car from anywhere in the Country. If you are driving down please observe posted speed limits as the highway runs through many residential neighborhoods and federally protected nature reserves.

Getting Around: Driving a car is not recommended in Key West. Parking headaches abound and enforcement is strict. Additionally most of the streets are better suited for bikes and smaller vehicles such as bikes, scooters and electric cars.
